All faculty and staff hosting meetings should set these options on their Zoom account to secure their meetings.

How to Access Zoom Settings:

  1. Visit https://zoom.us

  2. Login with your school Google Account
  3. Make sure you are at your Zoom Meeting Dashboard that looks like the following image. You can also click https://zoom.us/meeting to go there directly.
  4. Click "Settings" on the left side under Personal or https://zoom.us/profile/setting to go to your settings.


Match your Zoom Settings to the following screenshots. 

Make sure to carefully review each section to make sure you haven't missed any options.
